How ordering works
Browse the catalogue, add items to your cart and submit an order request. Our team will contact you to confirm availability, applicable tax, delivery costs and payment arrangements. Prices are listed in Kenyan shillings and exclude tax. An order request does not take payment or reserve stock.
Paying with M-Pesa
After our team confirms stock and the final total, open your private order page and enter the M-Pesa number that should receive the payment prompt. Review the displayed total and enter your PIN only on your phone. Keep the page open for confirmation. If a payment is pending or uncertain, contact us before paying again.
Collection in Migori
Once your order is confirmed and ready, arrange collection at Posta Grounds, Credex Building, Room 128, Migori. Contact us before visiting to confirm your collection time.
Delivery
Select “Request delivery” at checkout and include your location. We will confirm whether delivery is available and its cost before you pay.
Product support & returns
Contact us with your order reference and product model for help with compatibility, installation, warranty or a return request. Ask our team to confirm the warranty and return terms for your chosen product before payment.
