Order requests

MasyopNET Technologies LTD collects the name, email, phone, delivery details, notes and selected products you submit at checkout to review and respond to your request. Please do not enter payment-card details, PINs or passwords.

M-Pesa payments

When you request an M-Pesa prompt, we send your payment phone number, order reference and agreed amount to Safaricom to process the payment. We store the payment number, amount, request identifiers, status and receipt for reconciliation. We never request or store your M-Pesa PIN.

Storage & access

Requests are stored in our website database and accessible to authorised administrators. Keep your order confirmation link private.
